Responsibilities
- Contribute to all technical aspects of the team and propose solutions for complex implementation needs.
- Ensure the quality of software design, development practices, testing, and technical documentation.
- Contribute to defining the tool’s architecture and facilitate future product integration.
- Support Agile team operations and train new team members on the product and its specific requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to all developers.
Requirements
- Bac+5 qualification from an engineering school, university, or equivalent in computer science.
- At least five years of significant experience in a similar software development role.
- Previous experience working in an Agile environment.
- Strong communication, analytical, synthesis, listening, and teaching skills.
- Knowledge of GitLab and familiarity with DevOps processes and tools.
- Teamwork skills, initiative, and commitment to ongoing technical learning.
