Responsibilities
- Analyze business and technical requirement documents.
- Contribute to application design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Participate in agile team meetings, including stand-ups and retrospectives.
- Prepare technical documentation required by the SDLC process.
- Collaborate with State Street internal teams.
- Work with cloud computing, DevOps, monitoring tools, databases, middleware, storage, and operating environments.
- Use automation tools and languages for network configuration automation.
- Manage and resolve problems on live production systems.
Requirements
- B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA degree, or equivalent qualification in a related field.
- Working knowledge of GUI development, Java, middleware, and database back-end technologies for end-to-end solutions is desirable.
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle, code reviews, unit testing, and common software development practices.
- Good understanding of SQL performance tuning, including query plans, SQL tracing, database statistics, and indexing techniques is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and task-ownership skills.
- Ability to follow risk, delegation, escalation, compliance, and conduct requirements.
