Base Salary
$140k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Identify, dissect, and size the most valuable AI opportunities across the business.
- Prioritize the AI roadmap based on expected business impact and return on investment.
- Build, ship, deploy, drive adoption of, and iterate on AI solutions end to end.
- Develop hands-on LLM applications using agents, assistants, structured outputs, evaluations, and context engineering.
- Partner with stakeholders across business, revenue, sales, marketing, growth, product, finance, and recruiting teams.
- Monitor real-world performance and continue iterating until targeted business impact is achieved.
- Communicate complex technical and AI concepts clearly to teammates and senior leadership.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a 0-to-1 operations or startup role.
- Hands-on experience integrating LLMs and their APIs into working applications.
- Experience building agents or assistants, structured outputs, evaluations, and context-engineered systems.
- Demonstrated ability to identify important problems, understand root causes, size opportunities, and prioritize solutions independently.
- Ability to build and ship quickly in ambiguous, early-stage startup environments.
- Ability to turn ambiguity into a prioritized roadmap and own projects through measurable outcomes.
- Strong communication skills for explaining complex concepts to human and AI teammates.
- Restaurant industry experience is a plus.
- Machine learning experience is not required.
