Base Salary
$200k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Set technical direction across multiple services and teams.
- Define AI platform patterns for agent orchestration and tooling.
- Own reliability, testing, CI/CD, and operational standards.
- Provide technical leadership and influence staffing and roadmap priorities.
- Serve as a technical advisor and embed within teams for complex functionality.
- Design and build production systems in Python across the AI stack.
- Mentor engineers and raise the technical bar across teams.
Requirements
- Principal-level, hands-on experience as a technical leader.
- Deep expertise in Python and backend service development.
- Experience with cloud platform engineering, preferably AWS.
- Knowledge of GenAI/LLM application engineering.
- Familiarity with agent tooling and integration protocols.
- Experience with data persistence across various storage types.
- Understanding of application security and identity management.
- Proficiency in automated testing and quality engineering.
- Comfort with Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD practices.
