Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design, development, deployment, and demonstration of enterprise full-stack AI applications.
- Integrate LLMs, local model pipelines, vector databases, RAG systems, and multi-agent orchestration frameworks into production software.
- Architect and optimize PostgreSQL databases using advanced SQL queries, joins, cursors, and stored procedures.
- Build asynchronous Python backend services, APIs, data ingestion pipelines, responsive interfaces, and real-time operational dashboards.
- Package and deploy applications with Docker and Kubernetes while optimizing cloud resources and GPU computing environments.
- Operate and tune Linux systems using shell utilities, monitoring, and performance optimization techniques.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams and align delivery with IT strategy, technical specifications, security policies, and enterprise goals.
- Present technical concepts, architectural roadmaps, risks, and live demonstrations to directors, executives, clients, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Mentor engineers on machine learning, software standards, and delivery practices while driving process improvement.
Requirements
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical discipline.
- Extensive professional experience leading software engineering, data science, and artificial intelligence initiatives.
- Proven expertise in enterprise AI systems, full-stack development, Python, modern web frameworks, database architecture, and cloud/GPU infrastructure optimization.
- Experience integrating LLMs, local model pipelines, vector databases, multi-agent systems, and RAG applications.
- Strong PostgreSQL and advanced SQL experience, including complex queries, multi-table joins, cursors, and stored procedures.
- Experience with asynchronous backend services, data ingestion, real-time data streaming, responsive interfaces, dashboards, Docker, Kubernetes, and Linux.
- Knowledge of automated manufacturing operations, process optimization, telemetry analysis, enterprise software integration, SAP, and Microsoft 365.
- Background managing significant IT and AI development lifecycles, project planning, system availability, and reliability.
- Exceptional written, verbal, presentation, interpersonal, and executive communication skills.
