Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, test, implement, and support applications using Natural-Adabas technologies.
- Engage with customers and stakeholders to understand business needs, technical requirements, and application challenges.
- Gather, analyze, and document technical and business requirements.
- Translate requirements into effective and scalable technical solutions.
- Analyze existing applications and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions within defined timelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support successful technical solution delivery.
- Provide technical guidance and contribute to solution design and implementation.
- Ensure solutions meet business requirements, technical standards, and quality expectations.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of total professional experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with mainframe development, Natural-Adabas, Natural, Adabas, and JCL.
- Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting technical and business requirements.
- Ability to translate business requirements into effective and scalable technical solutions.
- Strong understanding of application development and technical solution design.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, customer-facing, stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with technical and business teams.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
