Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the full on-premises product lifecycle.
- Support and maintain project stability and security.
- Increase software reliability continuously.
- Assist customers in migrating to the cloud-based Celonis Platform.
- Improve and automate development processes.
- Help customers resolve complex technical issues.
- Mentor teammates and promote an inclusive engineering culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 3-6 years of hands-on software engineering experience.
- Experience with Java, Spring, and Hibernate frameworks.
- Ability to navigate enterprise challenges like security and scalability.
- Strong programming skills and troubleshooting abilities.
- Experience with micro-services based distributed systems.
- Analytical mindset with understanding of complex data structures.
