Responsibilities
- Own the full on-premises product lifecycle from investigation and implementation through building and customer delivery.
- Maintain project stability and security, update dependencies, and implement new standards and protocols.
- Continuously improve software reliability and automate development processes.
- Support on-premises customers migrating to the Celonis Platform SaaS solution.
- Set an example for, mentor, and help grow teammates while contributing to an inclusive engineering culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
- 1–3 years of hands-on software engineering experience.
- Hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
- Ability to address enterprise challenges involving security, compliance, scalability, and data consistency.
- Strong programming, troubleshooting, and issue-resolution skills.
- Experience with microservices-based distributed systems and complex data structures and algorithms in data management.
