Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of quality engineers through cross-functional planning and quality initiatives.
- Develop and implement end-to-end testing strategies, test plans, and test cases.
- Define and monitor testing metrics, test execution, and defect resolution.
- Evaluate and improve testing processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
- Integrate testing tools into continuous integration and delivery pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and facilitate knowledge sharing.
- Work independently as a subject-matter expert and contribute solutions to work-related problems.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with Playwright is required.
- Proficiency in Playwright is required.
- Experience with Python is preferred.
- Strong understanding of automated testing frameworks and their implementation.
- Ability to design and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Experience integrating testing tools within continuous integration and delivery pipelines.
- Familiarity with debugging and troubleshooting techniques for identifying defect root causes.
- Minimum 15 years of full-time education is required.
