Responsibilities
- Perform Day-in-the-Life testing to validate real-world customer workflows.
- Prepare and maintain client configurations and test environments.
- Perform manual functional, integration, and regression testing.
- Develop and maintain automated end-to-end, API, and integration tests.
- Monitor test execution, investigate failures, and track test reliability metrics.
- Identify, reproduce, document, and track defects with developers.
- Collect testing metrics and contribute to QA reporting.
- Clarify acceptance criteria, support early testing, and participate in test code reviews.
- Help improve testing practices and overall product quality.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in both manual and automated testing.
- Strong knowledge of software testing principles and best practices.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience with WebdriverIO.
- Experience with API and integration testing using REST or GraphQL and tools such as Postman.
- Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience testing web and mobile interfaces, including cross-browser and cross-platform testing.
- Strong analytical, debugging, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Upper-Intermediate English proficiency.
- Preferred experience with React-based web applications; Playwright, Selenium, Cucumber, or Appium; Docker; AWS or other cloud platforms; FinTech or payment systems; and U.S.-based or international clients.
