Base Salary

$126k - $262k/yr

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end business and technical outcome delivery for an AFE cell, including scoping, tradeoffs, technical direction, and production readiness.
Embed with clients to define ambiguous problems and translate them into executable technical solutions under regulatory and environmental constraints.
Serve as the primary technical interface and trusted advisor for client stakeholders while managing expectations and communicating tradeoffs.
Personally design and build critical solution components and work directly in client systems, data, and codebases.
Deploy, adapt, stabilize, and maintain runtime accountability for solutions in client environments.
Direct the Implementation Engineer and Data Engineer and ensure integrations, orchestration, and data readiness form a production-grade outcome.
Ensure deployments meet safety, integrity, and cost constraints and partner on safe-to-ship decisions for regulated environments.

At least 8 years of experience delivering complex enterprise systems, ideally in regulated or client-facing contexts.
Hands-on engineering depth across integration-heavy architectures, cloud platforms, distributed systems, and modern AI-enabled application stacks such as agentic systems, orchestration frameworks, and LLM-backed services.
Experience in forward-deployed, customer-facing, or solutions-architecture roles with end-to-end outcome ownership.
Demonstrated ability to lead a small technical team while remaining an individual contributor.
Strong client presence, stakeholder-management, communication, technical judgment, and autonomous decision-making skills.
Understanding of software delivery lifecycle, quality gates, and enterprise production readiness.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field is preferred.
Experience deploying solutions to cloud, on-premises, hybrid, or air-gapped client environments is preferred.
Experience with AI governance, security, cost controls, and regulated delivery contexts such as financial services, tax, healthcare, or risk platforms is preferred.
