Responsibilities
- Build interactive tools for modeling paths to market and evaluating trade-offs among time, money, and technical risk.
- Create interfaces that help scientists, program managers, and executives understand organizational goals, dependencies, and progress.
- Design workflows for scientists and researchers to manage studies, track progress, and coordinate with teams.
- Leverage LLMs to generate and evaluate scenarios, infer scientific progress and risks, and surface insights from unstructured data.
- Help shape technical architecture and product direction while building foundational systems for complex R&D programs.
Requirements
- 6–8 years of frontend or full-stack engineering experience.
- Deep expertise in React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Strong understanding of frontend architecture.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with product and design.
- Proven ability to work effectively in small, fast-moving engineering teams.
- Experience building sophisticated data visualization UIs is preferred.
- Background in high-domain-complexity software is preferred.
- A track record of mentoring other engineers is preferred.
