Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow ITOM solutions covering Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB.
- Design and optimize ServiceNow workflows, automation, integrations, and connections to enterprise systems and cloud environments.
- Provide technical expertise for ITSM modules including Incident Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, and Service Portal.
- Analyze stakeholder requirements, define technical specifications, and deliver scalable, high-performance ServiceNow solutions.
- Develop scripting, business rules, UI policies, and API integrations using JavaScript, PowerShell, REST, SOAP, LDAP, and MID Servers.
- Maintain CMDB accuracy and integrity through data governance, reconciliation, and automation practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex ServiceNow platform issues related to availability, security, performance, and scalability.
- Mentor junior developers and document technical solutions, development standards, and operational guidelines.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of hands-on ServiceNow development and administration experience with deep ITOM and ITSM expertise.
- Proven experience with ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB best practices.
- Strong proficiency in ServiceNow development, scripting, workflows, business rules, integrations, and automation.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise systems using REST and SOAP APIs, LDAP, and MID Servers.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, PowerShell, and HTML.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize system configurations for performance, scalability, and security.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate complex business needs into technical solutions and support IT security, data governance, and compliance requirements.
