Responsibilities
- Design, code, and enhance custom software components across systems and applications.
- Develop scalable, high-performing software solutions using modern frameworks and software development lifecycle practices.
- Design and implement scalable software architectures and integration solutions across multiple system components.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, collaborate with and manage the team, and make team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key technical and project decisions.
- Identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project objectives and support timely delivery.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience in Oracle Financials.
- Proficiency in Oracle Financials.
- Strong knowledge of the software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience designing and implementing scalable software architectures.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and multiple system components.
- Strong problem-solving skills focused on delivering business value.
- 15 years of full-time education.
