Responsibilities
- Drive the technical vision and long-term strategy of the team.
- Build innovative trading and money-movement technology.
- Solve complex backend scaling and optimization problems.
- Mentor and collaborate with other engineers to improve practices.
- Create efficient software that saves customers time and money.
- Ensure a consistent customer experience through transparent tools.
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience in at least one object-oriented language, preferably Java.
- 7+ years of experience with SQL and relational databases.
- Strong command of fundamental algorithms and data structures.
- Experience in scaling and optimizing large-scale distributed systems.
- Proven ability to lead and manage cross-team projects.
- Understanding of quality tradeoffs in software delivery.
- Appreciation for agility and pragmatism in software development.
