Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines.
- Manage containerized deployments and operations on Kubernetes.
- Automate infrastructure and environments using infrastructure-as-code tooling.
- Embed DevSecOps controls into build and release workflows.
- Improve monitoring, logging, alerting, incident response, and operational resilience.
- Use AI assistance for root-cause analysis, pipeline and infrastructure automation, and operational runbooks while validating outputs for reliability and security.
- Plan and monitor operational delivery against agreed quality parameters and timelines.
- Define team roles, work allocation plans, project milestones, stakeholder responsibilities, and escalation matrices.
- Design and implement management information systems for status reporting and process-risk analysis.
- Drive risk governance, continuous improvement, and compliance integration across business processes.
- Use technology and project management practices to improve deliverables and services.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering.
- Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD, containers, Kubernetes, scripting or automation, and infrastructure-as-code tooling.
- Experience with at least one major cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Strong incident response and postmortem experience.
- Professional working English proficiency at B2+ or C1 level preferred.
- Experience in banking or other regulated environments is preferred.
- Experience with secrets management, security hardening, compliance-aware operations, service mesh, and modern observability stacks is preferred.
- Professional certification such as CA, CPA, CISA, or CIA.
- 7–9 years of experience.
