$141k - $190k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, and deploy full-stack software solutions with a strong emphasis on rapid execution.
- Use AI coding assistants and modern tooling to accelerate software development while maintaining clear and maintainable code.
- Run rapid product experiments with end-users, gather feedback, and iterate based on data.
- Own projects autonomously from inception through launch in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
- Create new AI-native products and identify ways to accelerate existing Intuit products with emerging technologies.
Requirements
- Proven experience building modern, scalable full-stack applications across frontend and backend systems.
- Experience with TypeScript and Python.
- Hands-on experience using AI coding tools and the judgment to direct them toward clear, maintainable code.
- Demonstrated ability to move quickly, work entrepreneurially, and deliver results.
- Experience with A/B tests, prototypes, or rapid user experiments and a strong customer focus.
- Ability to self-direct, adapt when hypotheses change, and work effectively in an unstructured environment.
- Strong appetite for learning new technologies and taking calculated risks.

- The position may include a cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits under applicable Intuit plans and programs.
- The expected base pay range is $140,500–$190,000 annually for Mountain View.
