Base Salary
$141k - $190k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, and ship full-stack software solutions with a strong focus on velocity.
- Use AI coding assistants and modern tooling to accelerate coding, testing, and deployment.
- Work directly with end-users to run rapid product experiments, collect feedback, and iterate based on data.
- Own projects autonomously from inception through launch in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
- Build new AI-native products and identify opportunities to accelerate existing Intuit products with emerging technology.
Requirements
- Proven experience building modern, scalable applications as a full-stack software engineer across frontend and backend systems.
- Proficiency with TypeScript and Python.
- Hands-on experience using AI coding tools and the judgment to direct them toward clear, maintainable code.
- An entrepreneurial track record of moving quickly, reducing process barriers, and delivering results.
- Experience with A/B tests, prototypes, or rapid user experiments and a strong customer focus.
- Ability to self-direct, adapt quickly when hypotheses change, and work effectively in an ambiguous environment.
- Strong appetite for learning new technologies and taking calculated risks.

- The position may be eligible for cash bonuses, equity rewards, and benefits under applicable Intuit plans and programs.
- The expected base pay range is $140,500–$190,000 for Mountain View.
