Responsibilities
- Design and adapt test strategies and test plans based on product risk and delivery speed.
- Build, maintain, and extend functional and API test automation using Playwright with Python and GraphQL.
- Own test environments, test data, reporting, and integration of automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Perform risk-based, exploratory, regression, and AI-related testing approaches.
- Identify, document, track, and investigate defects through root-cause analysis.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and DevOps in refinements and technical discussions.
- Advance QA methods, processes, workflows, and shared quality ownership across the technology team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on QA experience with backend, frontend, and API-driven systems.
- Experience working with continuous deployment and adapting testing strategies to changing scope, risk, and timelines.
- Deep hands-on experience with Playwright in Python and API test automation, especially GraphQL.
- Knowledge of risk-based testing, exploratory testing, AI testing approaches, and test planning.
- Strong problem-solving, root-cause analysis, communication, prioritization, and quality ownership skills.
- Experience with Git, modern branching strategies, and agile cross-functional teams.
