Base Salary
$160k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement algorithms for clinician routing, scheduling, and dispatch at national scale.
- Build simulations modeling demand, capacity, and patient behavior under real-world constraints.
- Develop predictive models for cancellations, no-shows, and overbooking optimization.
- Translate logistics challenges with product and operations teams into scalable software systems.
- Prototype and productionize forecasting and optimization models in a distributed environment.
- Own projects end-to-end from design through implementation and iteration.
Requirements
- Have 2–3 years of software engineering experience with strong backend or full-stack fundamentals.
- Be proficient in JavaScript or TypeScript and/or Python.
- Have experience designing or implementing optimization, forecasting, or simulation systems.
- Have a background in operations research, applied mathematics, or quantitative modeling.
- Have shipped production systems balancing technical complexity and real-world constraints.
- Have collaborated with product, operations, or data science teams to drive measurable impact.
- Preferred qualifications include experience with global optimization techniques, Monte Carlo simulations, logistics, scheduling, large-scale routing, healthcare, data-heavy operational environments, or early-stage technical systems.
