Responsibilities

Shape and evolve the overall system architecture in collaboration with existing architects and senior engineers.
Own architectural decisions while aligning solutions with project standards and long-term goals.
Contribute hands-on to backend and frontend development using GWT, Angular, and Swing where architectural guidance is needed.
Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions with customers, Product Owners, and integration partners.
Analyze and modernize legacy structures while preserving backward compatibility and system stability.
Maintain layered architecture, modular systems, code quality, testability, and maintainability.
Design and maintain REST and SOAP services, messaging integrations, and system interfaces.
Provide technical guidance to development teams and promote architectural best practices.

6–9 years of experience in software architecture and development.
Extensive experience with Java EE or Jakarta EE in complex enterprise environments.
Strong knowledge of layered backend architectures and modular systems.
Frontend experience with GWT, Angular, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
Strong expertise in RESTful services and experience with SOAP web services.
Experience with message-driven architectures and Apache Kafka.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and GitHub Actions.
Familiarity with AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.
Strong understanding of clean code, testability, and maintainable software design.
Experience working in an Agile Scrum environment.
Familiarity with Swing clients, AG Grid, PrimeNG, and PDF Box is preferred.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
