Base Salary

Responsibilities

Lead development and integration across core TPA systems.
Design and implement stable, scalable, secure software solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.
Collaborate with architects, business analysts, QA testers, operational SMEs, data teams, and system vendors.
Resolve complex technical challenges, optimize system performance, and support cross-system interoperability.
Use development languages, frameworks, APIs, EDI frameworks, cloud technologies, relational databases, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring platforms.
Support secure and compliant federal healthcare operations and protect PHI/PII.
Travel 0–10% as needed.

Technical training, certification(s), or a degree.
3+ years of related software development or system integration experience; the posting also lists 8+ years of related experience in the job qualifications section.
Proficiency with modern development languages and frameworks, APIs, EDI, integration patterns, cloud environments, relational databases, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring platforms.
Experience supporting complex system integrations and working across technical and operational teams.
Familiarity with HIPAA, secure handling of PHI/PII, and federal security and compliance requirements.
MBI (T2) security clearance is required or must be obtained.
U.S. citizenship is required in the detailed requirements section.
