Responsibilities
- Develop, design, code, and enhance components across software systems and applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and multiple teams to deliver solutions and make key technical decisions.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and provide solutions to problems affecting immediate and multiple teams.
- Mentor junior team members and improve their skills and knowledge.
- Evaluate and improve development processes to increase efficiency.
- Manage team execution and support team decisions.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
- Strong understanding of Spring and Hibernate.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with MySQL or PostgreSQL.
- Knowledge of Git.
- 15 years of full-time education.
Benefits
