Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain frontend interfaces with React and TypeScript and scalable backend services with Go and Python.
- Own technical delivery of international capabilities including localized onboarding, identity verification, multi-currency funding, and region-specific trading experiences.
- Build growth mechanisms, localized promotion engines, and user acquisition pipelines for international markets.
- Architect reusable internationalization frameworks and services for expanding into additional jurisdictions.
- Improve availability, latency, fault tolerance, telemetry, automated testing, and production operations.
- Collaborate with product, design, compliance, legal, and platform teams to translate jurisdictional requirements into technical solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience designing, building, and operating full-stack production systems.
- Proficiency with modern frontend technologies such as React and TypeScript, including performance, accessibility, and state management.
- Strong experience building distributed services with Go or Python and using relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, and Redis.
- Experience with event-driven architectures such as Kafka.
- Ability to take complex features from ambiguity through technical design, phased rollout, production validation, and maintenance.
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, gRPC, service-oriented architectures, and microservice integration patterns.
- Clear communication skills and ability to drive technical consensus across distributed teams and align with non-technical stakeholders.
