Responsibilities
- Build and improve customer workflows for scheduling, parts management, reporting, work orders, and related operations.
- Ship end-to-end features from planning through production across desktop and mobile.
- Shape team architecture, engineering practices, and roadmap decisions in partnership with Product Managers and Designers.
- Own the long-term reliability, performance, and maintainability of a feature area or system.
- Review code, mentor developers, and improve tooling, testing, and delivery practices.
- Participate in the team’s on-call rotation.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience building full-stack web or mobile products.
- Deep hands-on experience with TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Experience with mobile-first, responsive, and iterative development.
- Track record of writing maintainable and testable code.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to make progress when requirements are not fully defined and adapt as new information emerges.
- Daily use of AI tools in the development workflow.
- Preferred experience with GraphQL, React Native, or SQL databases.
- Additional preferred domain experience includes scheduling or calendar UIs, data-heavy front ends, offline-first or synchronization architectures, multi-tenant or enterprise platforms, workflow engines, and inventory or transactional systems.
