Base Salary
$79k - $102k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop optimized, efficient, and clean software using Python.
- Implement user experiences and applications with React.
- Build generative AI and agentic applications using LLM models, MCP tools, A2A designs, RAG data solutions, vector storage, and prompt/context authoring.
- Design and work with relational and NoSQL database solutions.
- Apply DevOps practices, manage CI/CD pipelines, and use containerization and observability tools.
- Design and implement effective solutions to complex problems.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of overall development experience.
- At least 5 years of hands-on Python development experience.
- At least 5 years of React UX implementation experience.
- Experience with coding assistants such as Copilot, including Agent mode and skills.
- Experience developing generative AI applications and integrating LLMs, MCP tools, A2A solutions, RAG, vector storage, and prompts/contexts.
- Proficiency with RDBMS and NoSQL databases, preferably PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
- Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipeline management, containerization, and observability tools.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to design solutions to complex problems.

- Base compensation range of 79,000 to 102,000.
