Responsibilities

  • Design and build production-grade agentic systems with multi-agent orchestration, RAG pipelines, policy-based routing, tool invocation, memory management, and observability.
  • Build and operate RAG pipelines involving embeddings, chunking, vector search, and context-window tuning.
  • Integrate multiple LLM providers with fallback routing and token, cost, and latency management.
  • Implement LLM Ops practices including evaluation harnesses, prompt versioning, observability, and safety monitoring.
  • Work directly with client development teams through workshops, proofs of concept, collaborative coding sessions, and architecture walkthroughs.
  • Build reusable patterns, accelerators, frameworks, and playbooks for future engagements.
  • Define and communicate metrics for agent accuracy, latency, safety, and cost-effectiveness.

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of production software development experience.
  • At least 1 year designing and deploying agentic AI solutions in production.
  • Experience with agentic orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
  • Experience integrating OpenAI, Anthropic, and Vertex AI APIs in production systems.
  • Experience building and operating RAG pipelines, including embeddings, chunking, vector search, and context design.
  • Experience implementing LLM Ops practices, evaluation harnesses, prompt versioning, and observability tooling.
  • Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, microservices, serverless architectures, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code using Terraform or Helm.
  • Proficiency in Python; Java or an equivalent backend language is acceptable.
  • Experience debugging, monitoring, and deploying multiple production agentic AI systems.
  • Experience standardizing RAG, LLM integration, or LLM Ops practices across projects.
  • Experience working directly with client development teams and building reusable delivery assets.
  • Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in a related field.
  • English proficiency is required for frequent interaction with multinational North American teams.
