Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI-driven automation solutions, including intelligent agents, copilots, and workflow automation.
- Identify automation opportunities across the data lifecycle and reduce manual effort for Data teams.
- Develop reusable automation frameworks, tools, and services to improve productivity and scalability.
- Use generative AI, machine learning, scripting, APIs, and cloud integrations to streamline data operations, monitoring, and support.
- Enable self-service automation capabilities for business and technical users.
- Translate business problems into AI-enabled automation solutions in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Establish responsible AI and automation best practices, governance, and guardrails.
- Evaluate and introduce emerging AI and automation technologies for the Data Hub.
- Provide mentorship and guidance on automation patterns, AI adoption, and tooling.
Requirements
- Degree or equivalent and typically 7+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong expertise in automation, AI solutions, and intelligent workflow design.
- Hands-on experience building AI agents, copilots, or automation solutions.
- Proficiency in Python or similar languages for automation, APIs, and integrations.
- Experience with AI platforms, frameworks, or services such as Azure AI and OpenAI.
- Strong understanding of data pipelines, data models, and data quality without a primary focus on pipeline development.
- Experience integrating systems and automating processes across cloud environments.
- Ability to collaborate across technical and business teams to drive adoption.
- Bilingual French/English capability is preferred.
- Experience with conversational AI, prompt engineering, model orchestration, LLM-based applications, automation platforms, or low-code/no-code tools is preferred.
- Knowledge of responsible AI, governance, risk management, Snowflake, or Databricks is preferred.
- Healthcare, pharmaceutical, or supply chain experience and technical mentoring or leadership experience are preferred.
