Responsibilities

Configure and customize Creatio CRM applications using low-code/no-code tools.
Build and maintain business processes, workflows, business rules, and automation logic in Creatio.
Customize UI components, pages, sections, and dashboards.
Support user stories, acceptance criteria, and solution designs with Business Analysts and Solution Architects.
Develop C#/.NET customizations when required to extend Creatio functionality.
Support integrations between Creatio and external systems using APIs.
Translate client and business requirements into working solutions.
Participate in testing, UAT, deployment, troubleshooting, and post-go-live enhancements.
Document solutions, share knowledge, and participate in Agile sprint ceremonies.
Use Jira and Azure DevOps to track work and progress.

At least 2 years of hands-on experience working with Creatio.
Hands-on experience with Creatio configuration, workflows, and business rules.
Basic working knowledge of C# and .NET.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Understanding of CRM concepts and customer lifecycle processes.
Exposure to system integrations and APIs.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Creatio certification, prior consulting or client-facing experience, familiarity with Azure DevOps or Jira, and exposure to Azure, AWS, or GCP are preferred.
