Responsibilities
- Design, build, configure, and customize applications to meet business process and application requirements.
- Design and support Workday integrations using integration patterns and middleware technologies.
- Perform data mapping, transformation, validation, troubleshooting, and resolution of complex integration issues.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to technical and team decisions.
- Lead process-improvement efforts and provide solutions across immediate and partner teams.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate cross-functional communication.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Workday Core Integrations.
- Proficiency in Workday Core HCM and Workday Core Integrations.
- Experience with integration design patterns and related middleware technologies.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise application configuration and customization.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues.
- Familiarity with data mapping, transformation, and validation techniques.
- Understanding of security protocols and compliance requirements in software integration.
- 15 years of full-time education.
