Responsibilities
- Lead the technical design and architecture of New Relic solutions.
- Design and implement automated deployment solutions using IaC tools.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Observability concepts and products.
- Provide advanced technical guidance during deployments and optimizations.
- Create and deliver technical documentation and training for customer teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical consulting or solutions architecture.
- Proven experience with Platform Engineering concepts and automated infrastructure.
- Deep expertise in Automation, Scripting, and CI/CD practices.
- Exceptional knowledge of Observability concepts and related products.
- Hands-on experience with major cloud providers like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Strong communication skills to influence technical stakeholders.
