Responsibilities
- Drive customer outcomes by translating business needs into actionable technical approaches.
- Build and deliver production-grade solutions in customer environments with end-to-end ownership.
- Deliver iterative, high-impact solutions quickly in ambiguous and complex settings.
- Engage senior stakeholders to build trust, align priorities, and guide technical and business decisions.
- Apply industry and customer context to tailor solutions.
- Prepare and transition work to FDE crews with clear scope and technical direction.
- Navigate complex account dynamics while driving urgency, accountability, and continuity across engagements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and several years of experience in engineering, product or technical program management, data analysis, or product development, or equivalent experience.
- Several years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
- Experience partnering directly with customers or internal stakeholders to deliver solutions end-to-end.
- Several years of experience in customer-facing technical roles such as consulting, solutions engineering, or field engineering is preferred.
- Experience with AI/ML technologies, cloud architecture, data engineering, and AI tools and workflows used to create software engineering artifacts is preferred.
- Comfort with travel up to 25% is preferred.
