Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Develop, modify, and maintain embedded operational flight programs and simulation, emulation, and IV&V applications.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements development, modeling and design, unit-to-CSCI testing, integration, formal system testing, release, installation, and maintenance.
- Provide leadership in solving complex engineering problems.
- Work with program management, external suppliers, and government customers.
- Support modernization, sustainment, and verification/validation of embedded electronic warfare and radar operational flight programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or an equivalent STEM-related discipline.
- Principal level requires at least 5 years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree, 3 years with a master's degree, or 1 year with a PhD; Senior Principal level requires 8 years with a bachelor's degree, 6 years with a master's degree, or 4 years with a PhD.
- Proficiency in C, C++, Ada, or other object-oriented programming languages and in formal software development lifecycle processes from requirements through testing.
- Current U.S. Department of War Secret security clearance.
- Preferred qualifications include VxWorks or Embedded Linux experience, electronic warfare or radar software experience, hands-on software/hardware integration and testing, digital signal processing, requirements analysis, Jira/Bitbucket/Git, LabView, QT Creator, customer interaction, and cross-functional engineering leadership.
