Responsibilities
- Simulate attacks and conduct penetration tests on crypto and blockchain products.
- Drive product security through threat modeling and security-by-design reviews.
- Build and operate in-house security services and tooling for crypto products.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and support audits.
- Collaborate with teams to design secure blockchain architecture.
- Contribute to security policies and guidelines for blockchain operations.
- Utilize AI to enhance security work and improve efficiency.
- Stay updated on emerging attack vectors and share knowledge with the team.
Requirements
- Strong background in product security or offensive security.
- Experience embedding security into product development processes.
- Hands-on software engineering skills, particularly in Clojure or modern languages.
- Solid understanding of blockchain and cryptocurrency fundamentals.
- Knowledge of recent attack vectors and remediation strategies.
- Familiarity with security frameworks like OWASP and NIST CSF.
- Fluency with AI-assisted engineering tools.
- Familiarity with AWS and a solid grounding in IT infrastructure.
