Base Salary
$85k - $145k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and support enterprise full stack applications.
- Build responsive React user interfaces and reusable components using JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Develop Java and Spring Boot backend services, RESTful APIs, cloud-native microservices, and enterprise integrations.
- Build event-driven solutions using Kafka, Azure Service Bus, or equivalent messaging platforms.
- Develop Matter Management, Legal Operations, Document Management, workflow, compliance, claims, litigation, and reporting solutions.
- Design and support relational and NoSQL data models and applications using MongoDB, SQL Server, Oracle, and document databases.
- Contribute to Azure and AWS deployments, Docker and Kubernetes operations, CI/CD automation, monitoring, alerting, logging, observability, incident management, and production support.
- Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Product, Architecture, Data Engineering, and other engineering partners through Agile delivery practices.
Requirements
- Requires 3–5 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer.
- Requires experience designing and developing enterprise applications and integrations.
- Requires experience with distributed messaging platforms such as Kafka or Azure Service Bus.
- Requires experience with cloud-native application development, Docker, Kubernetes, and Microsoft Azure and/or AWS.
- Requires experience with SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB, DocumentDB, relational databases, and NoSQL databases.
- Requires knowledge of secure coding, authentication, authorization, and application security.
- Requires experience supporting production environments through monitoring, troubleshooting, and operational practices.
- Preferred qualifications include 2–5 years of full stack development experience, enterprise-scale software and integration development, legal technology or related domain experience, workflow automation, regulatory compliance, and Agile software development experience.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, GitHub, Jenkins, and similar CI/CD automation platforms is preferred.
