Base Salary

$151k - $151k/yr

Responsibilities

Lead client workshops to analyze business requirements and identify opportunities for process improvement.
Conduct FIT/GAP analyses to ensure solutions align with customer goals.
Design and document end-to-end functional and technical solutions, including workflows and integrations.
Partner with clients to obtain sign-off and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Deliver engaging product demos and guide clients through testing and go-live activities.
Configure and test Zuora Billing, Revenue, and Add-On products according to approved designs.
Collaborate with Solution Delivery Managers and Technical Consultants for seamless implementation.
Develop and deliver training sessions and documentation for customer teams.

5+ years of Order-to-Cash experience within a SaaS or professional services organization.
3+ years implementing billing or CPQ solutions such as Zuora, SAP, or Salesforce.
Proven experience delivering complex, customer-facing software solutions from discovery to deployment.
Strong grasp of business process design, system integration, and solution architecture.
Exceptional communication skills to lead client discussions confidently.
Experience designing and delivering solutions across the full software development lifecycle.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
