Responsibilities
- Configure and enhance Adobe Workfront for marketing operations and campaign management.
- Develop workflows, project templates, intake forms, and automation to improve team productivity.
- Design and implement Workfront Fusion integrations with internal, external, downstream, and enterprise applications.
- Build automated workflows for reporting, task management, and marketing processes.
- Manage Workfront planning capabilities, templates, governance structures, and intake frameworks.
- Support MVP integrations for Retail Banking initiatives and ongoing platform enhancement requests.
- Collaborate with marketing, engineering, and operations teams to translate business requirements into scalable Workfront solutions.
- Provide technical guidance on Workfront best practices.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of relevant experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront.
- Deep expertise in Workfront Fusion.
- Experience configuring Workfront planning modules, templates, and workflows.
- Experience building integrations and automation workflows.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
