Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and engineer routing software features for mobile backhaul router products.
- Develop and deliver unicast protocol functionality focused on BGP, ISIS, OSPF, EVPN, ARP/ND, and RIB.
- Perform unit testing, high-level reviews, and quality-focused engineering execution.
- Participate in issue resolution and collaborate with the development team.
- Contribute to a productive and independent engineering environment and follow Ericsson R&D processes.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant software product development experience.
- Proven experience delivering carrier-class, large-scale embedded networking software products.
- Experience with L2/L3 protocols and routing.
- Expertise in one or more of BGP, ISIS, OSPF, EVPN, ARP/ND, and RIB.
- Prior IP networking or routing software development experience is required.
- Experience with all phases of agile software lifecycle management.
- Ability and willingness to adapt.
- Academic credentials must be from recognized and accredited institutions and are subject to verification.
