Responsibilities
- Analyze business and functional requirements and perform technical analysis and design.
- Prototype new features and solve challenging technical problems to meet business needs.
- Contribute to the definition of future-state system architecture.
- Review code, mentor junior developers, and lead a sub-team.
- Collaborate with QA on test automation and with DevOps on SDLC and environment-management improvements.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with core Java, including collections, multithreading, and networking.
- Strong knowledge of mathematics, algorithms, and complexity.
- Experience implementing fault-tolerant and load-balancing solutions.
- Experience optimizing the performance of multithreaded Java applications.
- Good knowledge of Linux and basic knowledge of SQL relational database solutions and messaging solutions.
- Good written and spoken English.
