Base Salary

$122k - $158k/yr

Responsibilities

Build and maintain highly reliable full-stack web applications and web interfaces supporting foreign exchange and fixed-income trading platforms.
Develop interfaces for researching market activity, configuring trading platforms and market participants, and supporting internal business processes.
Design PostgreSQL data storage schemas and generate reports providing business intelligence insights.
Automate scanning, identification, and alerting for system health conditions and anomalous activity.
Apply unit-testing best practices, document relevant details in the team wiki, and use AI responsibly to improve productivity and system reliability.
Communicate with stakeholders in operations and sales to capture and refine requirements and iterate toward final products.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a comparable field.
At least 2 years of experience with Python, full-stack web development, Django or a similar Python web framework, JavaScript preferably React, PostgreSQL or a similar relational database, Linux/Unix, and Git.
Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
Experience using AI across the software development lifecycle.
Strong communication skills and ability to work with operations and sales staff.
Self-directed and self-motivated.
A master’s degree in computer science or a comparable field and finance industry experience are preferred qualifications.
