Base Salary
$137k - $190k/yr
Responsibilities
- Collaborate in person with founders to define product requirements, build features, and iterate based on customer feedback.
- Build APIs, backend systems, and interfaces for human users and AI agents.
- Develop and deploy production-ready AI features supporting customer go-to-market workflows.
- Participate in customer meetings, demo solutions, and translate feedback into product improvements.
- Use AI tooling and coding agents to accelerate development while applying sound engineering judgment.
- Establish AI-native engineering workflows and processes to improve team velocity.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of software engineering experience with a strong record of shipping and iterating in production.
- Strong proficiency in Python and TypeScript for APIs, backend systems, and user interfaces.
- Solid data modeling fundamentals and ability to design scalable systems.
- Hands-on experience building and deploying AI or LLM-based features in production.
- Daily comfort using AI coding agents with strong technical judgment.
- Experience in early-stage startup environments, ideally collaborating directly with founders.
- Ownership-oriented approach and interest in influencing product and roadmap decisions.
- Experience with go-to-market workflows, outbound campaigns, or customer-facing technical work is a bonus.
