Responsibilities
- Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate requirements.
- Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and solution designs.
- Conduct workshops, process mapping, and gap analysis to recommend best-fit Salesforce solutions.
- Drive end-to-end delivery of Salesforce enhancements, including UAT planning and support.
- Provide guidance on Salesforce capabilities, standard functionalities, and best practices.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure business alignment and adoption.
- Configure Salesforce objects, fields, flows, page layouts, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and automation.
- Define technical requirements and collaborate with developers on Apex, Lightning Components, API integrations, and data migrations.
- Review and validate technical solutions for quality, scalability, and adherence to standards.
- Work on integration designs using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and third-party systems.
- Oversee data quality, cleansing, deduplication, and migration activities.
- Participate in release management, sandbox strategy, and deployment processes.
Requirements
- Strong experience in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions, including customizations and integrations.
- Deep expertise in Services, Sales, CPQ, Marketing & Community cloud of Salesforce.
- Hands-on experience with Flow Builder, Process Automation, and Lightning Experience.
- Excellent understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices.
- Ability to create detailed and accurate project documentation.
- Experience working in Agile environments and familiarity with SDLC processes.
- Ability to write or review basic Apex classes, triggers, SOQL, and LWC components (preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to design scalable solutions.
- Experience in integrating Salesforce with external systems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
