Responsibilities
- Build scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flows.
- Architect and support solutions across the full GTM lifecycle.
- Design and develop Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions.
- Maintain integrations between Salesforce and business systems using APIs.
- Implement CI/CD best practices for development and change management.
- Drive Salesforce architecture standards and development best practices.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with various teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Establish development standards and mentor team members.
Requirements
- 8+ years of Salesforce development experience.
- Deep expertise in Sales Cloud, Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flows.
- Strong experience with Lead-to-Cash processes and sales automation.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud and Advanced Revenue Management.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with business systems using APIs.
- Familiarity with GTM technologies like HubSpot and Marketo.
- Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools and practices.
- Experience supporting Salesforce environments subject to SOX controls.
- Strong understanding of Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations processes.
- Required Salesforce certification: Platform Developer II, Application Architect, or System Architect.
