Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and platform-native capabilities.
- Architect and support the full GTM and Lead-to-Cash lifecycle, including lead management, opportunities, quoting, billing, revenue recognition, and renewals.
- Design, develop, and support Salesforce Revenue Cloud and Advanced Revenue Management solutions.
- Build and maintain Salesforce integrations with NetSuite, HubSpot, LeanData, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, and other business systems using APIs, middleware, and iPaaS platforms.
- Develop and deploy Salesforce AI solutions, including Agentforce, Data Cloud, AI-powered workflows, agents, and automations.
- Implement governed CI/CD, change management, testing, and release processes using Salesforce DevOps tools.
- Drive Salesforce architecture standards, development best practices, platform governance, data integrity, security, and regulatory compliance.
- Partner with Revenue Operations, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Establish development standards, mentor team members, conduct code reviews, and help drive Salesforce platform strategy.
Requirements
- 8+ years of Salesforce development experience with deep expertise in Sales Cloud, Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flows.
- Strong experience with Lead-to-Cash processes, including sales automation, CPQ, billing, revenue operations, and renewals.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud and Advanced Revenue Management.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with GTM and business systems using APIs, middleware, Workato, or MuleSoft.
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Marketo, LeanData, ZoomInfo, and Sales Navigator.
- Experience with SFDX, Git, VS Code, CI/CD, Gearset, or Copado.
- Experience supporting Salesforce environments subject to SOX controls, including change management, release governance, and audit readiness.
- Understanding of Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations processes.
- Ability to translate technical and business requirements into scalable solutions and communicate with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to explain Salesforce best practices, industry standards, and platform tradeoffs.
- At least one active Salesforce certification: Platform Developer II, Application Architect, or System Architect.
- Preferred experience with Salesforce Revenue Operations, enterprise quote-to-cash processes, AI-powered applications, agentic workflows, OpenAI, Claude, AWS, React, Vercel, high-growth SaaS or startup environments, and enterprise sales organizations.
