Responsibilities

  • Develop CRM strategies across marketing, sales, service, and customer experience functions.
  • Evaluate, compare, and integrate CRM and commerce platforms based on client needs.
  • Design CRM and commerce architectures integrating ERP systems, data platforms, analytics tools, and external systems.
  • Lead large-scale digital transformation projects involving CRM, ERP, data lakes, cloud infrastructure, and integration frameworks.
  • Advise C-level stakeholders on CRM technology roadmaps and build-versus-buy decisions.
  • Coach client technology teams, define technology strategies, architect solutions, and support technical implementations on site.
  • Lead legacy integration and remediation efforts using modern architecture and integration patterns.
  • Travel worldwide to client locations as needed.

Requirements

  • 5 to 10 years of IT architecture experience with a strong focus on CRM solutions in consulting and relevant consumer goods, industrial goods, or retail sectors.
  • Experience with CRM platforms including Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or Oracle across sales, service, and marketing.
  • Experience delivering complex CRM integrations with data lakes, ERP systems, analytical platforms, messaging systems, and external systems.
  • Experience with commerce platforms such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Adobe Commerce.
  • Experience with integration platforms such as MuleSoft and Dell Boomi.
  • Experience leading legacy integration and remediation, including facade and strangler approaches.
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, cloud-native development, API-led integrations, and synchronous and asynchronous integration patterns.
  • Understanding of end-to-end business processes including Lead-to-Quote, Quote-to-Cash, Service Management, and Marketing.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, and stakeholder-engagement skills.
  • University degree with above-average academic performance in a mathematical-scientific field, information technology, or business administration.
