Responsibilities

  • Support the DACH Value Engineering team on customer engagements.
  • Collaborate with customers to identify their business challenges and how Celonis can help.
  • Execute proof projects to demonstrate the value of Celonis Process Intelligence.
  • Prototype and develop AI solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Drive change management and ensure positive ROI.
  • Build strong relationships with customers as a trusted advisor.
  • Share customer insights with internal teams to influence product innovations.
  • Create reusable collateral and best practices for the Global VE Center of Excellence.
  • Travel to the DACH region to meet clients in person.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, Mathematics, or related fields.
  • Valuable work or internship experience in relevant fields.
  • Basic knowledge or hands-on experience in SQL and/or Python.
  • Ability to think analytically and creatively to solve business problems.
  • Strong focus on creating value for customers.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
  • Effective communication skills, fluent in German and English.
  • Willingness to travel to meet clients.
