Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust .NET Core applications supporting complex business processes.
- Develop and optimize SQL Server database structures, queries, indexes, and transactional workloads.
- Configure and maintain Microsoft BizTalk Server integrations across enterprise systems.
- Review application and integration architectures and recommend scalable, maintainable design improvements.
- Create technical documentation, conduct code reviews, and apply coding, security, and performance best practices.
- Analyze production issues, implement durable fixes, and improve system stability.
- Coordinate deployments and support release cycles during day-shift operations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and distributed teams to estimate work, prioritize tasks, and meet project timelines.
- Identify automation and data-flow improvement opportunities supporting reporting, analytics, and operational efficiency.
- Apply asset and wealth management knowledge to relevant features and business processes.
Requirements
- Eight to ten years of hands-on software development experience focused on .NET Core applications and SQL Server-backed solutions.
- Strong proficiency designing, developing, and maintaining Microsoft BizTalk Server integrations in enterprise environments.
- Deep understanding of relational databases, indexing strategies, query optimization, data integrity, and high-volume transactional workloads in SQL Server.
- Solid knowledge of .NET Core frameworks, dependency injection, asynchronous programming, and secure coding practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid model with distributed teams during day shifts.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, documentation, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Ability to follow organizational quality, compliance, and security standards.
- Familiarity with asset and wealth management processes, including portfolio data handling and investment reporting, is preferred.
- Microsoft Certified Azure Developer Associate or Microsoft Certified Azure Database Administrator Associate certifications are preferred.
