Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement secure, scalable, and maintainable backend systems and services.
- Perform unit, integration, performance, automated, and manual testing to ensure software quality.
- Optimize databases, backend architecture, and system performance.
- Collaborate with product owners, UX/UI designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Support deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, continuous improvement, and 3rd-level application support.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with backend programming languages and frameworks.
- Experience with database design, optimization, and software architecture principles.
- Practical knowledge of clean code, TDD/BDD, code reviews, and modern development practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
