Base Salary
$144k - $194k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect, build, and ship an AI-native platform for product identity and semantic matching.
- Develop production LLM-powered systems for Amazon-scale product data and catalog use cases.
- Engineer low-latency inference systems capable of serving millions of requests per second.
- Solve problems involving large language models, retrieval, distributed systems, and large-scale data processing.
- Improve product matching, catalog quality, seller experiences, and buyer experiences across Amazon marketplaces.
Requirements
- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- 2+ years of experience designing or architecting new and existing systems for reliability and scaling.
- 1+ years of software development engineer or related occupational experience.
- 1+ years of experience designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, embedded, or distributed applications, tools, systems, or services using C#, C++, Java, or Perl.
- 1+ years of Object-Oriented Design experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience programming in at least one software programming language.
- Preferred: 3+ years of full software development lifecycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Preferred: bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
