Base Salary
$189k - $258k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect the data platform for scalable, reliable analytics and AI.
- Build and optimize ingestion pipelines for complex operational data.
- Manage schema complexity through resilient ingestion and transformation layers.
- Support both traditional BI and emerging AI consumption patterns.
- Establish data quality infrastructure and monitoring systems.
- Drive cost-aware architecture and optimize data warehouse usage.
- Collaborate across teams to align data strategies and standards.
- Lead and mentor a team of data engineers.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on data-intensive systems.
- Deep expertise in modern data technologies like Snowflake, Kafka, and Flink.
- Experience with cloud data infrastructure at enterprise scale, preferably AWS.
- Strong programming skills in Python, Java, and SQL.
- Proven ability to design performant data models for analytical use cases.
- Excellent cross-functional communication skills.
- Experience mentoring engineers and building high-performing teams.
