Base Salary
$350k - $500k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the design and evolution of the perception stack, including detection, classification, tracking, and sensor fusion.
- Drive robustness in perception across various real-world operating conditions.
- Design models for intent inference and behavior forecasting in the prediction stack.
- Set direction for integration between prediction, perception, and planning.
- Design the planning and decision-making stack for autonomous operations.
- Own the functional and software architecture of the autonomy stack.
Requirements
- 15+ years of hands-on experience in building production autonomy systems.
- Demonstrated track record of shipping autonomy components in production.
- Prior experience as a senior individual contributor in an autonomy organization.
- Deep technical expertise in perception, prediction, or planning.
- Strong software engineering skills in C++ and Python.
- Fluency with modern deep learning for autonomy and its lifecycle management.
- Experience with ROS / ROS 2 and on-vehicle compute realities.
