Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Build and evolve the Workday Financials and Adaptive Planning platform.
- Lead end-to-end configuration, enhancement, and release activities for financial modules.
- Develop and deploy financial models, reporting packages, and planning templates.
- Design and implement integrations and data pipelines between financial systems.
- Partner with finance stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements.
- Create and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and automated data imports.
- Own support triage and incident resolution for financial applications.
- Produce clear documentation, standard operating procedures, and training materials.
- Mentor analysts and collaborate with cross-functional technology teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, computer science, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of professional experience in accounting, finance, or financial systems roles.
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting Workday Financials.
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience designing and maintaining Adaptive Planning models.
- Demonstrated experience building and maintaining integrations between financial systems.
- Proven experience creating advanced financial reports and automating data loads.
- Practical experience applying the software development lifecycle and agile practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
